Tucked in an old strip plaza near the WIC center and one block off of busy Fowler street it truly is a gem to be discovered. Actually, the night my husband and I went there, it was evident that it has been discovered because we had to wait for 10 minutes for a table. We checked to see if they had a coupon but where not able to find on on the swfloridarewards.com. The caesar salad with riccotta poppers was delicious and enough for 4 people. Actually, we brought home dinner for another night with our leftovers and we are hearty eaters. My husband had a lamb shank over polenta that was AMAZING! I had a chicken dish with tomatoes and mozzerella that was flavorful and delicious. They have an extensive wine list and the atmosphere is upscale with original artwork on the walls but you can wear shorts and feel comfortable. I would NOT reccomend this place for families with children because the meal unfolds slowly before you and children can be impatient when hungry and then annoying to us childless diners. Go off the beaten track and try Sasse's...you won't regret it!
