The hostess was polite and cheerful when we had mentioned that we discovered them on bestnaplesdining.com. We received menus right away from the owner Kenny, who waited on us. He was lovely, a friendly, cheerful man who obviously cares about his patrons and makes them feel special. My husband chose the salad with goat cheese and the fettuccine alla contadina; I had the caprese and the risotto con polo.

Everything arrived in a timely fashion, and the owner checked on us often, but was never intrusive. The caprese had thick slices of a firm and tasty mozzarella interspersed with meaty, flavorful tomatoes. The salad was done with varied greens, fresh and crispy, wedges of the same beautiful tomatoes, and plentiful, piquant goat cheese.

My husband wouldn't let me near his fettuccine contadina (he's selfish that way), but he said the pasta was home-made and the mellow sausage was wonderfully blended with the smooth tomato sauce. My risotto was perfectly prepared, with generous chunks of tender chicken, snappy asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes in a mushroom sauce. We could hardly put our forks down.

Our desserts were a perfect end to a perfect meal. I chose a creamy cheesecake in chocolate sauce, with a cream and raspberry sauce on the side. My husband had a lovely pear poached in red wine and dipped in chocolate sauce.

Throughout the meal our water, iced tea and wine were constantly monitored and replenished quickly. The wait staff was quick, polite and efficient. By that time both my husband and I were thrilled to know we'll have a new favorite place for dinner, and a great place to treat my husband's clients to.We will check swfloridarewards.com to see if they have any special coupons running.

The Celtic Ray Public house is a traditional Irish pub with music and of course great beer and great food! We found them on bestportcharlottedining.com and I'm so glad! The Celtic Ray Public House in downtown Punta Gorda opened in 1997. They serve beers, bottled beers and ciders. There menu features traditional Irish Pub food, One of the most common phrases you will hear at the Pub is "this is the best fish and chips in the world..." This is where HAPPY DAYS set the scene. This is a diner. A true American classic diner experience. And the food was wonderful, tasty, and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for fancy, you don't want a diner. But if you are looking for the diner experience, Joe's is a cut above the rest. The atmosphere was loud with lots of local color but I enjoyed every moment of it. The walls are filled with all sorts of wonderful memorabilia of Joe's history.

On a three-day stay, I found them on bestfortmyersdining.com, must admit, eat here three days!! I truly enjoyed the food, but health food this is not. And I was captivated by the atmosphere. But I traveled with two companions and only I eat at Joe's three days. The other two stayed committed to their healthier diets. But they tried it once and that is my advice to all. Joe's is a wonderful place with great food and friendly atmosphere so if you are in the area you should experience Joe's Diner at least once. Good service everything came fast to the table even though the place was packed. excellent fried fish we had the grouper -soups are very good you should try the split pea, menu selection good had a hard time to figure out what to pick - good people, we will come back again.

I used bestfortmyersdining.com (as I always do) for suggestions when we visit Fort Myers and Naples area. This historic B & B got rave reviews from bestcitydining.com - and now we know why! It is a large plantation-style old house at the very tip of Pine Island in Bokeelia overlooking the sea. It has been beautifully restored with original floors, wonderful furniture and paintings. There are 5 big en-suite bedrooms, all very different, immaculately clean, with wooden plantation shutters and all sorts of extra touches you would never find in a modern hotel. The bedrooms lead onto a huge screened veranda with rattan chairs, wonderful views and even binoculars left for you to use and watch the wildlife.
Downstairs there is a large lounge with wonderfully comfortable chairs and dining area and a separate study , and outside in the gardens rocking chairs on the veranda - just so relaxing. Check out their website for their photos and video-tour; it will give you an idea of how lovely it is.
they prepare breakfast, which was truly the best we have had on any holiday - all sorts of fresh fruit, home-baked muffins, choice of fried breakfast and their own special home-made mango preserves - just delicious. In the evening they prepare a range of hors d'oeuvres for their guests which they leave in the kitchen with a note to eat what you like, and help yourselves to wine, beers, spirits etc!!! check swfloridarewards.com for coupons for breakfast and lunch specials.

What a find on bestportcharlottedining.com we have used bestcitydining.com before when we lived in chiago IL and are aways glad when it just keeps working time after time.
Incredibly delicious roasted meats and fish with appetizer buffet featuring over 25 choices all for $18 per person. You can't go wrong with the selection but the place was vary busy and we had to wait for a short while for the drinks but vary worth it. What a wonderful surprise to find this little gem here and not new york. The food was well prepared and cooked to perfection. I had a shrimp and vegetable dish in a lemon caper sauce. The vegetables were sauteed in the sauce with just the right crispness and the shrimp maintained it's fresh flavor. Desert was a yummy Tiaramasu. The service was attentive but not smothering. The only thing that would improve this dining experience would have been background music. The acoustics were such that conversations from other tables were ever so loud. My wife and I found this restaurant recommended in bestfortmyersdining.com, and figured we would give it a shot. The restaurant prides itself in Gourmet Italian Cuisine. It lives to its claim! The food was Great, the service was exceptional. It is located in a shopping plaza, but don’t let this discourage you in anyway; because the service, the food and the staff make up for the difference. Sometime during our meal, the owner of the restaurant would introduce himself and check on the service. Next time we will check if they are running any coupons in swfloridarewards.com.

I tell everyone about this place after I found it on bestnaplesdining.com! It is very small but ALWAYS busy. You'll want to make a reservation. Every time we have friends or family in town we always take them here, because it is truly the best food/seafood you'll ever have. The specialty, grouper, is insanely delicious. In the evening, they actually set up seating in the cheesecake store next-door to accomodate more guests. It felt a bit strange eating next to a cheesecake cooler, but it was worth it! The restaurant owner, who is the main chef, caters as well. It has taken the owner a few years to get this place off the ground, and it's finally gaining the popularity it deserves! A+

We visited twice recently and were more than delighted on both occasions. Our find on bestnaplesdining.com. While it's location is easy to find (on the US 41), The atmosphere, food and service more than make up for not being on the beach !
The Stuffed Mushroom starter is truly great. Fantasic seafood, prime rib, and one of the best NY strips I've ever tasted - all perfectly cooked. I go to the crazy flamingo all the time w/ my grandma who lives in Marco Island. I think its the best kept secret, they have great buffalo grouper nuggets, they won awards for their wings and for best burgers, and best meal on the island for 10 dollars or less. This little place in Fort Myers Beach has great seafood we found it on bestswfloridadining.com. It doesn't look like much but don't let that deter you. They obviously spend their money on the food not the furnishings. Kind of worn around the edges but great food, great atmosphere and decent drinks. Great fried oysters. My husband got the fried grouper because it was the local fish and we wanted to taste the local white fish. Nothing to get too excited about. The coconut shrimp was great but not enough of them. We found them on bestnaplesdining.com and Went here for dinner and had a great time. Had the corned beef & cabbage and the beef stew. The prices were great and the portions were HUGE! Really added to the sports pub/Irish atmosphere. Highly recommend Fitzgeralds!

The interior features a sleek modern yet club-like feel, with a varied menu, daily specials and a friendly, knowledgable and efficient waitstaff who add to your dining pleasure. Try the lobster bisque is awesome and salads for a light lunch, or chose from any pick of sandwiches (my wife loves the Roast beef French dip) or entree's including great ribs and flatbread specialties.Based on what we've seen in our two visits this place will only get busier.
