I recently had dinner with my wife at the Old World Cafe in Bonita. I must say, it was one of the most delicious meals i have ever enjoyed. We discovered them on bestfortmyersdining.com We were served by a very friendly German waiter, who checked up on us to make sure that we had a superior dining experience. The restaurant offers a great selection of German beer and wine, but no liquor. We were not able to use a coupon from swfloridarewards.com My wife ordered a "Zuerich Geschnetzeltes" which is - quote "slices of tender pork, sauteed in a creamy fresh mushroom gravy, served over the homemade spaetzle (their homemade bavarian noodles)" and I ordered a "Cordon Bleu" which is pork stuffed with ham and cheese. As dessert, we ordered their famous applestrudel. We always use Bestcitydining.com when traveling. Both of our meals and the applestrudel were out-of-this-world! I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes to dine out at a casual restaurant, serving the best German food you probably ever have in your life. The prices are resonable too; I paid about $55.00 for the two meals, a big German beer and a German red wine. |
