Unhurried traveler April 2007
Buried in a nondescript North Naples strip center, Sushi Thai boasts an impressively impeccable decor and some pretty good sushi. Avoid the regular entrees, grab a Thai iced tea and you’re good to go. I was able to view the menu on bestnaplesdining.com before I left the hotel.
The decor is a what could be described as classic Westernized Asian, with charming Thai touches such as figurines with cat’s heads, quaint red lanterns and beautiful serving dishes. The opulent red and black scheme and low lighting makes the place perfect for a quiet dinner with friends. Who would have thought you could find this in SW Florida.
The menu is huge and goes on for pages and pages. It covers Thai, Japanese and loads and loads of sushi. Prices are on the slightly expensive side, but are a bargain compared to Fifth Avenue and a real find for sushi lovers. Thank you for the restaurant reviews for Naples Florida
